Fall 2016 Social Work Commencement Ceremony is Friday, Dec. 16 at Dixon Hall
The Tulane School of Social Work is very excited to announce that our school’s December Commencement Ceremony will be held on Friday, Dec. 16 at 7 p.m. at Dixon Hall on Tulane's Uptown Campus.
The ceremony lasts approximately an hour and half, and there is an informal reception with cake and refreshments at the Lavin-Bernick Center in Kendall Cram Lecture Hall immediately following the ceremony. The school’s graduation ceremony includes students earning a Master of Social Work, Master of Science from the Disaster Resilience Academy or a Ph.D. in Social Work. The social work ceremony is an open event, and seating is filled on a first come, first serve basis.
Parking is available free of charge on campus in any spots NOT marked reserved after 5:30 p.m. on Newcomb Place, Drill Field Road and McAlister Place. Dixon Hall is Building No. 68 on this campus map.
