TSSW Faculty, Staff, Students, and Alumni Present and Attend Council on Social Work Education Annual Program Meeting

This week, Tulane School of Social Work faculty, staff, students, and alumni will be sharing knowledge, learning, and networking at the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) Annual Program Meeting at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida. This year’s APM is focused on “Leading Critical Conversations: Racial, Economic, & Environmental Justice” and will feature social work education presentations, an exhibit hall, and networking opportunities.

TSSW will be an exhibitor in booth 217, which is in the Atlantic Hall of the Dolphin Convention Center. As part of CSWE APM Leadership, Dr. Joan Blakey is on the CSWE Board of Directors and served as a Co-Chair on the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Track, and Dr. Reggie Ferreira served as a Co-Chair on the Disaster and Traumatic Stress Track. Dr. Candice Beasley also serves on the Council on Racial, Ethnic, and Cultural Diversity (CRECD) within CSWE’s Commission for Diversity and Social and Economic Justice.
