Chikira Barker, MS

Chikira Barker is an adjunct professor at Tulane University School of Social Work. She completed her undergraduate degrees in psychology and criminology at the University of Florida and obtained her master’s degree in clinical psychology at Texas Tech University. Ms. Barker’s research experience has focused on empirically-supported treatments for child externalizing behavior problems, child maltreatment, and acceptability of empirically-supported treatments in culturally diverse families. Ms. Barker teaches courses in research methods and statistics.
