Maple Dynan joined the School of Social Work in 2020 as Program Manager for the Weaving Healthy Families Program, directed by Dr. Catherine McKinley. Maple grew up in Augusta, Georgia and earned her bachelor’s degree from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. Her previous work focused on helping women and families in crisis, especially those living in underserved communities. Maple moved to New Orleans in 2017. Prior to joining Tulane, she worked as Patient Care Coordinator for the Harch Hyperbaric Clinic, where she provided support to patients with critical diagnoses and their families. Maple enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their two dogs and fluffy cat. She also enjoys outdoor adventures and exploring the New Orleans restaurant scene.
