CCC PhD candidate along with Tulane professors publish in Progress in Disaster Science Journal
We are proud that our faculty can mentor the next generation of experts in disaster resilience research and outreach methods, especially through our partnership with Consortium for Resilient Gulf Communities. Jessica Liddell, a PhD candidate in Tulane's City, Culture, and Community program, has co-authored a paper with DRLA Director Dr. Reggie Ferreira, Social Work Assistant Professor Dr. Leia Saltzman, and ByWater Institute Research Associate Professor Dr. Amy Lesen. Their study on "Cumulative disaster exposure, gender and the protective action decision model" was just published in the Progress in Disaster Science journal.
