Publication: Engaging with Racial Identity and Racism-Based Trauma in Social Work Curricula

Assistant Professor Dr. Samantha Francois and Tulane City, Culture and Community alum Dr. Curtis Davis recently published "'All Skinfolk Ain’t Kinfolk': Engaging with Racial Identity and Racism-Based Trauma in Social Work Curricula" in Journal of Teaching in Social Work. Their study includes an exploration of the extent to which social workers have been educated on racism-based trauma, and their findings help shape the implications and suggestions for education and training.
