Vince was born and raised in Seattle, WA and lived there until he moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2012. He then moved from the Bay Area to New Orleans in 2019. Prior to accepting the position at TSSW, he was employed with Orleans Parish Communication District, New Orleans' 911 and 311 service. At OPCD, he was as a dispatcher for New Orleans Emergency Medical Services. In that role, he was responsible for the allocation of ambulances and first responders to the emergencies of the city's citizens and visitors. His passion for public service drew him to follow career paths where he can make an impact on others. He is a firm believer that change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential. During his free time, he enjoys traveling, eating, and spending time with his wife and two cats.
