Biography
Dr. Jennifer Baudy earned her bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where she double majored in history and Afro- & African-American studies. While in St. Louis, she became passionate about youth development as she volunteered in area public schools. Her growing interest in the intersectionality of youth empowerment, education, and community service led her to pursue a Master in Social Work degree from The Ohio State University, with a concentration in administration.
She has more than 10 years of experience working in public and private schools, as well as community-based agencies. Her experience includes providing clinical services as a licensed clinical social worker, nonprofit administration, program development, and promoting student success and well-being.
In 2018, she earned a Doctorate of Social Work from Tulane University, with a research interest in school social work practice.
