Biography

Jocelyn Pinkerton, LCSW-BACS, earned her MSW from Tulane University and has over ten years of experience working with diverse populations in a variety of settings. Her areas of focus are domestic violence and sexual assault, behavioral health and substance use, homelessness, global social work, and crisis response. Her work has included direct practice in clinical settings, emergency shelter case management, advocacy in the legal system, and policy coordination and program management in city government. Jocelyn is experienced in trauma-informed approaches and has taught courses in Mindfulness and Direct Practice.
