Biography

Dr. Eberly earned her MSW from Tulane in 2000 and her DSW in 2019. She has taught social work courses at Southeastern Louisiana University and Tulane School of Social Work. She is licensed to practice social work in Louisiana and is a board-approved clinical supervisor. 

She also received a professional fundraising certificate from Boston University in 2013 and is a certified fund raising executive (CFRE). Dr. Eberly’s grant writing success for non-profits and educational institutions includes federal, state and foundation grants. Additionally, she is a grant reviewer for SAMHSA.

She has been the Director of Ryan White services at the Area Health Education Center, a cooperative endeavor with LSU School of Medicine, since 2005. She provides consultative services for Early Steps, serving the birth to three population and their families.

Dr. Eberly’s current research interests include the effectiveness of web-based continuing education for social workers.
