Powell DiGangi, LMSW

Powell is a 2017 graduate of the Tulane School of Social Work. His career has included roles at Café Reconcile, Children’s Hospital (Emergency Department), and the Greater New Orleans Foundation. In 2023, he launched his own social work practice, Beam: Your Workforce Benefit, which delivers on-site social work services to employers in the construction and building trades. His work focuses on serving a predominantly male workforce — a population often underserved by traditional social services — through an innovative model of workplace-based support.
