Biography
Rebekah was raised in New Orleans and is licensed in both Louisiana and Oklahoma. After receiving her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from Union University in Tennessee, Rebekah worked with adoptive families (pre- and post-placement) and incarcerated juvenile criminal offenders in the Memphis area. After returning to New Orleans, she worked with victims and witnesses navigating the criminal justice system. Her experience as a social worker and pastor’s wife has bolstered her belief in the Strengths Perspective. Despite past actions or present struggles, no person is without value, a voice, or the capacity to grow.
Rebekah resides in Oklahoma with her husband.
