Biography

Anne Farina received her MSW and PhD at Saint Louis University. As a practitioner, she provided mental health services in community based settings, developed research informed models of assessment, and created a somatic intervention for children to decrease trauma symptoms. Anne has extensive training in the area of trauma and attachment. In her research, she focuses on trauma-focused interventions and race-based traumatic stress. Anne teaches primarily in the area of social work practice.
