Biography

Andreja's overall research aims to profile aging incarcerated veterans and examine the relationship between incarceration and potentially criminogenic factors of PTSD and substance abuse. In addition to his research Andreja works as an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M-Central Texas. In the past he has also worked in the Robert Stempel College of Public Health & School of Social Work at Florida International University as well as in the Department of Criminal Justice. Andreja teaches courses in social welfare policy, health disparties among communities, and research across the social work and criminal justice curriculas.
