Jerry Graves

Biography

Jerry V. Graves has been the owner and principal consultant at Graves Public Services, LLC (GPS) since 2015. He has an academic and professional background in public administration, planning, and emergency management. Dr. Graves has amassed over 20 years of combined experience during his career as a public official and consultant. He is also an established researcher whose work has been published by the American Bar Association and the International Journal of Mass Emergencies and Disasters.
