Biography

Dylan B. Yates is a dedicated program coordinator with a strong background in clinical medicine and various translational research experiences. Dylan graduated from Tulane University, where he developed a deep passion for the intersection of medicine and the sciences.

Before transitioning into his current role, Dylan worked in clinical medicine, assisting emergency code and trauma surgery teams at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA. These high-intensity experiences shaped his interest in medical research and deepened his commitment to improving health outcomes through evidence-based practices.

As a program coordinator, Dylan leverages his clinical experience and knowledge to connect with research participants, offering a unique perspective to ensure a compassionate and effective approach in supporting innovative healthcare projects and initiatives. His passion for improving access to care and serving underserved communities continues to drive his work.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Dylan is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blue belt, where he enjoys assisting the kids' classes and stays active in the local BJJ community.
