In 2012, she started a company by the name of Looseleaf Clinical Consulting, LLC with a core mission of creating change on a systemic level to reach individuals, communities, and organizations for the advancement of a mentally healthy society.

Due to the need for more non-traditional types of therapy, in 2017 she became curious and began an exploration into the practices and inner works of Mindfulness, which resulted in obtaining a Certificate in Mindfulness and Psychotherapy. She incorporates mindfulness practices daily, not only in her work, but also in her personal life. She also holds a Certificate in Mindfulness and Psychotherapy from the Institute for Meditation & Psychotherapy, a Teacher Certificate in Meditation from the Mindfulness Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and Certifications in Wellness and Corporate Wellness from the Spencer Institute.
