Biography

Lisa joined the Tulane University community as a staff member in the Registrar’s Office. She has over 20 years of experience in educational administration working with populations of both K-12 and higher education. Her primary interest is organizational management of programs geared at advocating resources for students in multiculturally diverse and under-represented communities. While at Tulane, she has been president of the First-Generation (First Gen) Staff/Faculty Council. The First-Gen Council connects with First-Gen students by providing mentorship throughout the students’ first year transition in college.

Lisa's outside activities include volunteering with several community and service-based organizations focused on youth initiatives and healthy lifestyle promotions.
