Shop the Tulane Bookstore for textbooks as well as men's, women's and children's apparel, gifts, and more. This is also where you’ll order your commencement regalia.
CAMPUS ID / SPLASH CARD
The Tulane Splash Card is more than your university ID. It offers access to your on-campus financial accounts, including Splash Cash, Accounts Receivable charging, and meal plans. It also provides entrance to residence halls, academic buildings, and athletic events.
ONLINE CANVAS TECH SUPPORT
Find online, chat, and email support for online Canvas and Zoom accounts at Tulaneuniversity.zendesk.com. Canvas also has a Help button that you can use.
HOWARD TILTON MEMORIAL LIBRARY
The Howard-Tilton Memorial Library supports, promotes, and enriches the teaching and research mission of Tulane University. Special resources are available for Graduate Students here along with a chat option for the Research Help Desk. Tulane shuttles help members of the Tulane and Loyola communities travel safely and easily to, from, and around our campuses. It strives to meet the needs of all riders through fixed shuttle lines, individual and group transportation requests, and Tulane TapRide — an on-demand, point-to-point, late-night van service.

Garages, surface lots, and private university streets provide parking opportunities on the downtown and uptown campuses. Parking is available in the Saratoga garage (111 S. Saratoga), which is connected to the School of Social Work and Tulane Medical Center via second floor skywalk. To purchase a parking permit for the Saratoga garage, complete this form and bring it to Suite 803 in the Tidewater building (1440 Canal Street).
To support students’ academic success through attending to physical and mental health, Tulane Campus Health offers a wide variety of services and initiatives through its three units:
The Health Center for Student Care is committed to providing comprehensive quality health services and support in a compassionate manner. A holistic approach to the patient as a student in an academic community setting facilitates the best care to every individual through an integrated clinical practice.
- CAPS for Counseling Services is committed to providing developmentally appropriate mental health services both in the office setting and as outreach, along with consultative support throughout Tulane University.
- The Well for Health Promotion is committed to providing the infrastructure for constant engagement in the health promotion process. Health Promotion initiatives enable people to increase control over, and to improve, their health by engaging a wide range of social and environmental interventions that impact both the community and the individual.
Downtown students can access Campus Health Services in the School of Social Work, Elk Place Building Room 261, which is right next to the garage access skywalk.

TULANE POLICE DEPARTMENT
The Tulane University Police Department is a full-service law enforcement agency that provides police services to the Uptown Campus, the Downtown Medical Center Campus, and the National Primate Research Center located in Covington. We strive to adhere to the best practices including nationally recognized standards for the delivery of police services and are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA).

OFFICE OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS & RESPONSE
The Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response is charged with the preparation, prevention, and response to all-hazards events at Tulane University. Through comprehensive risk assessment, training, planning, mitigation and response, they ensure a safe, healthy, and happy community.

The Goldman Center for Student Accessibility is separate from the School of Social Work and has a process for students who wish to be considered for reasonable accomodations. Students can request accommodations at any time; however, incoming students should begin the process before beginning your degree program. The process can sometimes take several weeks, so begin it as soon as you are able. Tulane policy is that that only “need-to-know” faculty and staff are notified of the processes for upholding the accommodations; they are not informed of the reason for the accommodations.
ONCAMPUS GRADUATE HOUSING
The Bertie M. and John W. Deming Pavilion is Tulane University’s graduate housing complex for full-time, on-campus students. It is located on Tulane's downtown campus in New Orleans’ medical district and offers furnished studio and one and two bedroom apartments.
OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING IN NEW ORLEANS
Those that are not already residents of the Greater New Orleans area and are coming to our full-time, on-campus program may utilize the Off-Campus Housing division of the Department of Housing & Residence Life.
THE CAROLYN BARBER PIERRE CENTER FOR INTERCULTURAL LIFE – THE O
The Carolyn Barber Pierre Center for Intercultural Life (informally referred to as The “O”) is comprised of the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA), the Office for Gender and Sexual Diversity (OGSD), and Religious Life. It’s mission is to strengthen and enhance diversity at Tulane University. THE O offers students of color and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer, questioning, and allied students with advocacy services, mentoring, personal support, and cultural, social, and academic programming to facilitate their adjustment to the University and ability to thrive thereafter.

CASE MANAGEMENT & VICTIM SERVICES
Case Management and Victim Support Services (CMVSS) is a single resource for any Tulane students in need of support. It offers problem resolution services, case management services, victim support services, referral services, coordination and follow-up during and after hospitalization and/or medical leave of absence, and crisis management and resolution.
