Join the Self-Care Conversation!
Talking about self-care is important, and we’d like to have many voices participating in that conversation. That’s why we are asking artists, musicians, comedians, and other creatives to record short videos that we can share on the website and our social media.
If you have something to share or know someone else who does, here’s what to do:
- Set up your phone, webcam, or other camera to record in landscape.
- Introduce yourself and why self-care is important to you and everyone else.
- Share some visuals or music that helps you center yourself or brings you joy.
- Send to us via email, Box, Dropbox, or Google drive.
