Curtis H. Davis, Jr. Ph.D., LMSW
Dr. Curtis Davis holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Mississippi, a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Alabama, and a PhD in Social Work from Tulane University. Dr. Davis is an active and devoted pracademic, a blend of an academic and practitioner. With a focus on relieving stressors from structural oppression, Dr. Davis enjoys blending lessons on applied methodologies, considerations to salient identities, policy, and other knowledge to educate students and the community.

Sophia Venezia currently serves as Budget and Administration Coordinator at Tulane University’s School of Social Work. She earned her Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Purdue University.

Dr. Naturale is a traumatic stress specialist focused on crisis intervention, behavioral health response to disasters and mass violence, and suicide prevention. She has provided traumatic stress response training and consultation throughout the U.S. having led the NY mental health response to 9/11/01, the Boston Marathon bombing and responding to over 40 natural disasters and 14 of the last mass violence shooting events.
