Bradley leads the new DHS Science & Technology Earth Systems Science Technology Center. The Center focuses on how Earth systems are interacting with human, technological, and climate to identify emerging risks and solutions for public safety and security. Bradley also previously served on detail as the Director for Flood & Resilience Policy at the White House Council on Environmental Quality.

Covonna serves as the Executive Assistant to the Dean of Tulane University’s School of Social Work, bringing over 15 years of high-level administrative experience, including direct C-suite engagement and organizational management. A proud New Orleans native, Covonna’s career spans the full spectrum of K-12 public education, culminating in her role with the superintendent's administrative team at the Orleans Parish School Board, where she managed high-stakes initiatives while liaising with the elected board.
