After nearly 10 years as an active duty Marine Corps officer, Dr. Spradlin transitioned to serve as the first female Principal Staff Director at United States Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command. Currently, she serves as the CEO of Vitruvian Advantage Richmond, Virginia’s top full-service workforce development firm. She also teaches workforce improvement strategies, succession management planning, & emotional intelligence for a number of colleges and universities nationwide.
