Tim Lynch is a Principal at McChrystal Group, where he works with one of the world’s largest leaders in IT and networking, helping to reshape internal and external communications and operations to increase competitiveness in the market.

Previously, he advised the leadership team of one of the world's largest agriculture companies; structuring and aligning strategy. In a Fortune 500 Company, he fulfilled the role of Chief of Staff and ran strategic alignment and operating rhythm in two business units within the company. He previously consulted for a market-leading apparel and consumer goods client, where he improved supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Prior to joining McChrystal Group, Tim spent 12 years in the United States Marine Corps. Shortly after the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, Tim left college to join the Marines, becoming an Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Technician. He deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan multiple times, leading EOD teams in fast-paced and complex environments.

Subsequently, he specialized in training and advising foreign security forces in EOD techniques. He spent significant time in South and Central America, and Africa, working to improve leadership and build teams in this challenging field.

Tim is currently attending the University of Alabama to study Leadership.
